You will have access to your pre-work tasks straight away so you can get started. The, in a week or so you'll get a daily email with a tool, practical exercise or lesson.
It might be a short video to watch, a quiz to take or a reflection question.
Each day there's also an (optional) accountability check in - for or those of you who need and like accountability
